Successful training course for the OK Supertrans taxi call center

Call center of OK Supertrans AD taxi is among the most intense in the country with over 3 million telephone orders for taxi transportation per year.

Customer confidence makes us both happy and motivated to improve our competences in services. To respond to new trends in customer service, our colleagues passed an interactive training for maintenance and management of phone orders and communication. The training included work with new software, communication in stressful situations, teamwork, motivation and more.

“The training is of great importance for our work. The strength of an operator is the ability to be empathetic to customer requirements, because we know what a fast-paced world we live in. We will require operators to demonstrate their positive attitude and find the right approach in different situations", said Diana Mitseva, head of the unit, immediately after the training. The intention of OK Supertrans AD is to continue developing the quality of service to customers through similar initiatives.
